Overview

Total Eco Adventures aims to create environmental awareness through quality outdoor experiences within a natural setting. Total Eco Adventures also promotes healthy lifestyles by participating in active outdoor pursuits, empowering individuals through rewarding activities.

Open to all, the South Coast Eco Retreat is perfect for couples, social groups, corporate groups and nature lovers 25 years & over. The retreat combines kayaking, snorkelling, bushwalking and optional yoga, meditation, surf lessons and stand up paddle (SUP) within the amazing NSW South Coast. The retreat provides an opportunity to experience the unique ecology and wildlife the area has to offer from the Batemans Marine Park through to the Budawang Wilderness Area and the many local national parks. Enjoy this active weekend and immerse yourself in the beauty of the ‘Nature Coast' with all activities complimented with healthy meals and scenic, peaceful accommodation.

Retreat inclusions
3 nights twin share accommodation at the Oaks Ranch Country Resort (standard package) or The Bower at Broulee (luxury package)
9 delicious healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
All activities including kayaking, snorkelling, bushwalking, yoga, surfing and stand up paddle
Professional instruction from qualified eco guides- no experience necessary and all ages welcome
All equipment and safety gear for each activity
All transfers to activities during retreat and to/from Moruya airport
Qualified ecologist from local area on hand to answer any questions

Retreat Program
Friday - late afternoon /evening arrival with a light supper
Saturday - Optional sunrise yoga, breakfast, ocean or flatwater kayak, lunch, marine park snorkel, dinner, spotlighting nature walk, evening meditation
Sunday - Optional sunrise yoga, breakfast, Pigeon House Mountain bushwalk in the Budawang Wilderness followed by picnic lunch at Pebbly Beach in Murramarang NP, dinner, evening meditation.
Monday - Free time with optional surf lesson, stand up paddle lesson or coastal nature walk, gourmet brunch and final meeting followed by early afternoon departure

Location
Based at Broulee in the Eurobodalla, approximately 4.5 hours drive south of Sydney or 2 hours east of Canberra. Moruya domestic airport is located just 10 minutes drive away.

Price
$1065 pp including GST (standard), $1315 pp including GST (luxury).

Dates
4th to 7th November 2011 and 2nd to 5th March 2012. Private custom bookings also available (N/A school holidays and Jun/Jul/Aug). Minimum 6 people and maximum 24 people.
