Stand Up Paddling in Australia is the latest cross training phenomenon sweeping the fitness world. Men, women and children of all ages are enjoying Stand Up Paddle Fitness Training Camps and Workshops, with ladies SUP receiving a lot of attention recently as women are especially embracing this new low impact sport, allowing participants to experience the ocean or waterways of the NSW South Coast while focusing on specific strength training. Stand Up Paddle is an easy way for you to get a full body work-out focusing on using your core strength for balance and stability while using your upper body to rotate and drive your paddling. Make it as easy or challenging as you like, all ages and abilities are encouraged to try this great new family sport, now available as weekly Fitness Paddle classes with Total Eco Adventures at Broulee near Batemans Bay.
