Stand Up Paddle Techniques - Flatwater

Stand up paddle Australia! Stand up Paddle (SUP) is the fastest growing ocean sport in the country.
Take a Flatwater Stand Up Paddle Basics lesson with Total Eco Adventures on the NSW South Coast and you will learn about your latest Stand Up Paddle board and paddle, how to manage equipment safely, basic paddle strokes and how to read conditions in the waterway you would like to paddle. Our favourites are Tomaga River and Candalagan Creek at Broulee near Batemans Bay.
No experience is neccessary and SUP experts will make a stand up paddle lesson a highlight of your south coast experience.
All equipment is provided and our SUP bpards are big (9-11 feet), size depending on your weight and height. The paddles are also easy to handle, usually taller than you by 6-9 inches.
