Total Eco Adventures

Total Eco Adventures specialises in the development and implementation of sustainability and environmental awareness into outdoor recreation activities. Our focus is on providing quality outdoor education and recreational experiences for school group, year group and outdoor adventure camps, education and/or recreation excursions, curriculum based field studies, social group adventure activities and corporate teambuilding events.

Having access to the most pristine and unique south coast environments, participants have the opportunity to learn about topics such as Surf Safety and Ocean Awareness, Marine Ecology, Oceanography and Coastal Environment Systems, all the while having fun and physically challenging themselves in a safe environment.

Total Eco adventures aims to not only allow participants to develop recreational skills and environmental appreciation,but also develop many other life skills though experiential learning and leadership programs. Themes that are often explored include challenge, initiative, group cohesion, communication, co-operation, confidence, leadership, belonging, responsibility, achievement, safety and self worth.

Adventure education courses can be tailored to the duration, degree of challenge required, group size and desired learning outcomes. Choose from a series of coastal adventure options including learn to surf activities, snorkeling adventures, ecological kayak tours, spotlighting nature tours and coastal environment workshops. They can be single day programs, outdoor adventure camps or multiple day outdoor expeditions.

We allow teachers to focus on students needs rather than the logistics and organisation. Key learning areas may include, Physical and Outdoor Education, Coastal Ecosystem Studies and Issues in Australian Environments.

Location
Experience the unique ‘nature coast' at beautiful Broulee on the NSW South Coast (2 hrs from Canberra ACT and 4 hours from Sydney NSW).

Kayak Tomaga River, a pristine waterway that meets the ocean at Broulee, the most ideal beach to learn to surf. From here you can explore the inter-tidal rock pools, mangroves, dune and coastal forests.

All locations are safe and convenient to save time and resources in transport. The location and duration of each course can also be adapted to suit weather conditions, group sizes and other logistical constraints.
